Non-payment of unemployment compensation

On Jan. 5, I filed for un-employment compensation payment as I have done since Aug. 17. However, this time the payment was not forwarded to my account. The system indicated that the last payment was issued on Dec. 22 and the next time I can file is Jan. 19, but I was not provided with payment for the weeks ending Jan. 3. Can you help me receive the payment I was denied on Jan. 8? Thank you.
