I was searching the net for a limited edition cd and was amazed when i was given "download nova" all I had to do was become a member, I opted for the trial period at $4.95 used my credit card and instant access only to find I couldn't download the cd from any of the suggested hosts available, frustrated I cancelled my subcription, but 1 week down the line a go to check my credit card and noticed billhelppro.com had taken 2 payments out 1 for the trial period and a second one for the 1st months subcription, it states that you must cancel account before trial period ends which I did so I don't know why they billed me a 2nd time, really pissed off what can you do, I mean do you let them get away with it and cut your losses if so how many other have they done this to?
