The owner of the Hung Far Low Restaurant Portland OR located on se 82nd avenue and division towed my car from the adajacent lot, SteinHaus.
They have since changed signs desiginating their parking spaces with their company name on the signs that said dont park here.
The sign I saw didnt say who cant park there.
The tow bill was $212.00 for a 2 hour tow in the snow storm, leaving me with no id, purse everything in car... I had not even a jacket to wear to walk 3 miles to
get my car back.
If you have had this experience getting towed with anyone in Portland OR

I am thinking seriusly about filing a class action lawsuit against either Andys Towing or HungFar Low.
He goes out and tows cars and splits the commission with Andys Towing.
