Towing Scam

The McDonalds on Albany Avenue in Atlantic City New Jersey is running a towing scam. They have signs saying Patron Parking Only or you will be towed, but on a few very small signs, most posted below eye level and behind parked cars, at the bottom (not all of the signs) it says "Dine In Customer Only Parking" - 45 minute limit. I ate at McDonalds on August 31, walked across the street and when I returned a few minutes later my car was being towed. I couldn't believe it? I ended up being out $80 and I am sure that the Manager of McDonalds and the Towing company have a scam going on. I saw several cars being towed from the lot, and a few angry patrons, just in the short time I was trying to sort this out with the Manager who wouldn't be budged. I wonder how much he's (a Mr. Tuliano) raking in for this - a lot I expect. The tow truck driver looked like his twin and he wouldn't give me his name.
