Unauthorized use of my credit card to support their wants and needs!

There is absolutely no reason that this company should still be able to sell this product!

I called and cancelled my order 3 days after receiving it and was told that I would get a confirmation email. This was on January 15!

As of February 5 (as I saw that 88.00 was taken out of my checking account i still had no confirmation email. I called them up with the ONLY number that I have and was told that it wasn't put in their computer system and that he (whomever i spoke with) would take care of it and put the money back into my account and that I would receive a confirmation email. As of a week later I still had no email.

Once again I called this company and was informed that it had only been cancelled on February 5 and that the 88.00 was a non-refundable purchase. After arguing for over an hour (and being told i couldn't speak with a supervisor) I was told that another product was being shipped and that I had to send it back to them and call for an RMA number.

Now, on February 12 they took another 95.00 out of my account. Why if it was cancelled on the 5th of February is 95.00 being taken on the 12th?

I'm extremely upset and would like an answer, an honest one from someone that can speak English whereas I live in the United States of America!!!
