I signed up for their free offer in October and tried to cancel in December. Every month since I have had to call the call centre to cancel only to be told in January and February that there was no record of me cancelling. When I wanted to speak to a manager on 13 February I was told one would email me within 48 hours. I recieved yet another bottle today and after calling them yet again I spoke with Anna who told me that the order was cancelled on the 14th of February but would not explain why it was not cancelled in the past. I have spent in excess of $100 just on phone calls, who do I need to speak to to get this issue resolved? It's unbeleivable!
