I have called the verison hight speed internet department for help about my telephone box that may cause my internet slow down or lock out, a numerous calls has made to this department including the supervisor, but they just transfer my message from one person to another, finally no one response that make me very upset. Please response this matter to whom it may concern. This has been taken for two weeks.
