The wrong statement was delivered for Dec, due to a miter reading and a study required a location. The miter was fixed as well as for January we got proper statement. I acquired fresh declaration on 02/09 and you may still find wrong quantity for Dec plus late charge. I talked with consultant about that problem with boss Ms. Shila at rent five times, but quantity for Dec continues to be wrong and today is Feb.

I sent three characters to customer support and that I didn’t get any reaction whatsoever. Our difficulties with Washington Gasoline began last Sept (09) as incorrect miter reading, incorrect statement or more today I can’t solve all problems.
