Illing continues after cancellaing the membership

Hello,

I've a criticism.

Our account number is 291130

On july 4th or fifth I called the client sevice to repay the quantity due such as the termination charge. Amount of quantity 210.94 (including anything termination charge and quantity due). Ireceived a notice that my consideration is ended currently no fees from last.

Then today they return stating you've quantity due of 300 dolalrs a week ago and again after I called today they state 140 arrives.

Whats happening I'm confused. From where this balance originating from.

On June 5th after I talked to customer support consultant she clerarly established me that I'm completed with all payemnts due and there si nothing on my statement.

Our intension was to clear all fees on that evening prior to going on holiday then why I'd abandon any stability. I settled 210.94 towards cleaning all fees.

After I record any problem they claim they'll contact me but never contact me.

I really donot understand whats happening.
