Deadbeat dad and husband tricked and lied to us

In divorce court in 1992, this man was ordered to pay child support. He just flat refused and never paid a dime for his son. I remarried him in 1994, at which time we both had good jobs. Since that time he has repeatedly abused me and has been to court several times for domestic violence. Recently I had to quit work due to an ongoing illness. He put me and our 2 little dogs out in the street without anywhere to go and no money. I have no means of support and at the present time am trying to
find a way to take him to court for temporary support.

He won't file for divorce, because he know that he would not get by without paying any support like he did in the past on his son, and he knows if he waits long enough they will take my car back because it is not paid for and since he has a truck, what does he care. He is a hatefull, spiteful person, who sooner or later will get what is coming to him. I just hope I am there to see it. I never want to see this man again, but I do want him to pay for the way he has treated us. So you see in my opinion Deadbeat Dad-Deadbeat Husband.
