Deadbeat Dad

Michael Kotlowski is a deadbeat dad. He has never paid a dime of his court ordered child support to his son. To date he owes over $40,000 in support. We are currently going back and forth to court to try to resolve this issue. He has lied to the judge many times; saying such things as he is current in his support, (although the division of child support backs me up and shows nothing has ever been paid) and at one time saying he didn't have to pay any support because we has a verbal agreement that I would not ask for support. First off I would never agree to that, second this supposed "agreement" was supposed to take place in 1992, and the support order was entered in 1996, and third a "verbal agreement" is not worth the paper it is written on. Mike Kotlowski has never worked a steady job in his life, and at age 48 still lives at home with his mommy Lorraine Kotlowski, who pays for his every demand. He drives a 1997 Camero convertable, which is mommy pays for, while his son at times has to walk to and from work because we only have 1 car. These deadbeat parents don't realize they are not hurting the custodial parents when they refuse to pay their support, they are hurting their own children. Time for Mike Kotlowski to grow up, man up, and pay his court ordered child support.
