An agreement was made and the business (Colin) did not hold up on his end. After work was completed, he refused to pay the amount agreed... Trying to solicit more work for no pay

An unethical business, Tower Video tried to get work done for no pay. After providing me only partial media for an agreement of updating his website, this man was harassing and inappropriate. I accepted a job based on his pleading for good faith and a promise to pay (which never occurred). He did not send all materials needed in the time stated in the contract.in addition after i tried to bend the contract to his advantage (sending multiple emails and phone communications to express blatantly what was needed) I never received the materials.in addition, when I completed work that was provided with files available, he refused to pay and his words were "I know you do not know me but I am a man of my word." Well... Words do not pay.in addition he wanted me to do additional work n his site (copy changes, text updates) for no additional fee and this was not part of the agreement. My only question is, if you live in your dads trailer and have no vehicle or expendable income, how do you actually video a wedding? Riding your Schwinn? This man needs to wake up and face reality, and the digital environment. I would not work with him nor his company, and he has been served with a lawsuit for breech of contract.in addition when I went to file a complaint with the BBB, i found he is unlicensed, uninsured and had multiple complaints against his business due to poor business ethics... No surprise! Even past customers were complaining about his unprofessional attitude and lack of delivery for the service!
