Purchased 6 chairs that were $578 each. Three chairs were delivered with some damage and three were delivered with major damage. BoConcept refuses to pick them up and deliver new chairs. They wanted me, the customer, to rent a truck and bring the chairs to them. BoConcept offered to give me a discount but I refused because I do not want to get stuck with damaged chairs. All I want are new chairs that are not damaged.
