I wanted a refund and they told me to go online and file for the refund but no answe

This colonaid is a complete rip off. When I tried to get a refund I called and they said i would have to file online for the refund. When i tried the web site makes you run around google for a bit. I want a refund due to these pills are a joke and don't do what they promise
