Their promise to refund your money if you don't get employed is a lie

Career Development offers to give online training on how to get government jobs, but the FALSE PROMISE is that they will refund your $695.00 if you don't get employment. After one month of online training (which they said would take about 90 days) they tried to make me click "OK" on a window that said I would forsake any claim against the company, never try to get a refund, etc. Since the promise of a refund was the main reason I had decided to take a chance, I felt ripped off and seriously disappointed. Letting them know what I think has not helped me get a refund, however. They never intended to give me one, I'm sure. I think it is an exceptionally cruel thing to do to the people who are out of work and looking for hope.
