The deceive you by asking you questions for security purposes, for your safety and to ensure you are the one asking for the credit report — and then they use that information to automatically bill you and subscribe you into a program (recurring monthly fees_) until YOU take the time to call and cancel.
Everything is done by deceitful means, and then when you can — Their excuse is that there is a disclosure somewhere in their website
