Fraudulent warranty offers

I only purchased my 2009 Merc on Dec. 30,08, and yet these sleazes have the gall to tell me that my factory warranty has expired. The same scam was proposed under a different company name, shortly after I purchased a new p/u truck. I googled them to verify the fraud each time, but many people will fall into their trap. We need laws to prevent such crooks from trying this crap!!!
