"Contract" by verbal agreement via phone, but when the email came with contract, called back to cancel

Received call wanting to sell my Palm Beach Shores unit; felt it was a GOOD unit would bring 13,000 range.

After some talk; wanted $895 for the listing. Ultimately agreed; thinking that NOTHING would be OFFICIAL until I signed the agreement; which he was going to email. The credit card information was given to a Paypal representative.By the time the emailed contract arrived I HAD suspicion to CHANGE my mind. Emailed back my CHANGE... Turns out the Paypal charge had already been processed and sent to VISA. Called VISA; they are putting a challenge on the transaction.

For the present THAT is where we stand... VISA is awaiting the results of their investigation!!!
