Pathetic Customer Service - Roundtrip Airline Flight

Hawaiian Airlines ruined a great family Christmas Vacation. Seven members of my family were traveling from Las Vegas to Honolulu and about a 1/2 hour after take off I asked the flight attendant if they could please turn up the heat. She informed me that the heat was broken in our section and that a decision was made not to delay the flight, just to continue without heat in our section. She suggested we take frequent trips to other sections to warm up. This 6 hour flight was so cold that we all ended up with runny noses, sinus headaches, etc. And it ruined our vacation. I wrote to Hawaiian Airlines and asked for a total refund/credit toward another vacation and they had the nerve to send us 1000 credits (it takes 30,000 per round trip). I would not recommend this airline to anyone. They had a chance to live up to their company mission and failed.
