Not getting reimburst and wrong W2

My husband worked for Werner for 5 months. First of all, he stayed out for 3 months straight, did not come home once until he came to pick me up and he got his W2's back and they said he only made $1500.00 all together and now he cant get intouch with anyone to fix this issue.

Second of all we were out for about 3 weeks and broke down we were stuck broke down on the side of the road for 5 hours with no way to get food or drinks and Werner took their time getting break down on the phone, then finally my husband had to pay out of pocket for our hotel room for 5 days which ended up being almost $600 and werner never paid him back. He waited 5 weeks to be paid back or even get a pay check before quitting and his last pay check was $19.00. It ended up being the dispatchers fault, he sent in reciepts 3 times for our time at the hotel while his truck was being fixed and his dispatcher continued to "misplace" them. We still have yet to see any of that money.
