Vision Infonet - Dr. Vijay K. Produtari Owes me money

Vision Infonet employed me in October for 8 weeks and sent me on two trade shows where I paid for my airline, hotels, rental cars etc. Out of pocket. They have still not reimbursed me for these expenses. When I call they say the owner (Dr. Vijay Kumar Produtari) is out of town and there is a mix up in accounting.

I never saw this business actually sell anything or give me a list of their clients and I am wondering if they are a ligitimate business.

I think they may be doing this with other people.
