Travelocity What a headache - Travel Services

I recently booked a cruise and flights through travelocity for my parents, boyfriend and myself. The cruise leaves 5/30/09 and comes back 6/6/09. A few days after purchasing the flights to Miami, we decided to change them to the day before (5/29) so we dont have to RUSH from the airport to our ship. I called travelocity to make the changes. I spoke to a man about the changes and he told me that to move the flights to another day would cost $115 per person (I had read that there would be charges and was ok with the amount). He booked the flights for me and said that they were cheaper than what I originally booked and that the differance I would have to pay would only be $16 per person. I thought "great!". I woke up the next morning only to find $460.00 charged to my account. I called travelocity right away. The woman that I got ahold of told me that I missunderstood the $115 ticket fee, she told me that it was REALLY $150 (even though I made the man repeat himself 3 times to make sure I heard him correctly). And when I told her that he quoted me $16 differnece per person, she said "no, that is not possible. We record all of the conversations we have with our customers." I asked her several times to pull up the conversation I had with the guy the day before and she just kept saying "no, he wouldn't say such things". I can't believe she sat there on the phone and called me a liar! They say that they record the phone calls for quality assurance (or some crap like that), yeah right! This is the last time I ever book anything through Travelocity.
