McDonald's apple pie - Apple Pies

The McDonald's @ Washington & I-10, Houston, Tx. Did not live up to
their advertising. The sign in the
store said "2 pies for 99 cents".
My grandson said, "I want the pies".
The clerk charged us. 96 cents and
was only giving us one pie. I kept
telling him, "The sign says, 2 for
99 cents"! He said, you only said
you wanted one pie. So, what the
clerk was stating is that if you
only order one pie=99 cents. The
advertising says 2 for 99 cents!!!
I should have told the clerk to

Void the first sale; and then put
in the "Pies 2 for 99 cents". I was
so angry - yet I wanted the 2 pies&
So the clerk ended up charging me
96 cents twice for two pies!!!
I did not ask for the Manager!!!
I am not going to go broke over
96 cents - but they were not living
up to their advertising!!! I
just wanted to get this off of my
