Goodwill Industries or Thrift Stores are such a rip off. I paid $3 for a stuffed bear that took batteries, there were none installed in it. Ten minutes later I called the store telling them I installed new batteries and the bear does not work and I wanted a refund. They refused telling me all is sold as is and no refunds. What a rip off company. Plus I bought $14.00 worth of items and as I was paying they ask "would you like to make a donation" HELLO, I just did. All your stuff is donated and free and I paid for it, thus a donation.

I have donated so much over the years to this company but will no more. I have seen items listed for sale for more than I paid for them in the first place. Have you seen their prices on jeans, shoes and baby items??? No wonder yard sales are so popular. Plus another store is opening on Fairway in Rocklin, California. Same crappy rules, same crap for sale. Don't for there. I am taking the bear back and telling them if they need the money that bad, here take it and resell it to another sucker for another three dollars!!!
