Filed 1099-G against my husband, they can not show any written contract between My husband and them at all because one does not exist

This Company has been reporting false Balances to the Credit Bureaus for over 3 years. They also have as of Nov. 1st 2008 written off or what they chalk up a cancellation of a Debt they could never prove and have never suppied a contract between my husband and thier Company and or a written detailed history of the account! They have not proven an existing account in any way shape of form! I believe this is for them to get extra credits from the IRS and make us Claim as income! After all the false reports that have been submitted repeatedly to the Credit bureaus!
