Giving false information on credit report intentionally

I had went on my credit report and midland funding llc stated on had opened
an account in 8, when itried to dispute it, they would not correct the date instead they have retailiated and file a lawsuit against me. They knew
i never opened that account in 8, Because in the court papers they state
the balance was $1300.76 on the following dates 01-31. They intentionally falsified information to the credit bureaus which i have proof of.
They wanted to prevent me from getting credit with anyone else. I am faxing the court papers to all three credit bureaus immediatley to show the credit
bureaus of the intentional false information that midland funding llc gave to them. I am also countersuing them big time. The judge will see the papers
from the credit bureaus and the intentional false information this company
to them. Can't wait to see them in court.
