Charges Way Too Much

Dear Sunbelt Rentals,

I am typing this letter to let you know how much you have ripped me off. I feel this is the only way to get through to you, since you neither return my calls nor stop charging my credit card for something that was returned three months ago.

This story dates back to November 3. I needed to rent a mini excavator for a week to excavate a leech field. I finished using the struggling piece of equipment on Wednesday November 5. I had in fact returned their puttering mini excavator two days later and now I just found out that you have been charging my credit card for three months. I had no idea until now that I was being charged because I have other people handling our bills. I guess you can say shame on me for renting from you, but you were my last option. Most of the contractors I talk to say the same thing. I feel this company needs to fess up about their wrong doings. I will never come to this store again. Please rebuttal, atleast I'll finally get some help!
