I Siddeequah dropped my niece off at planet honda to purchase a vehicle and I proceeded back to work,

She called me two hours later and stated that she need a cosigner, so i agreed. I then told her to continue the process and on my way home i will stop by to review and sign the papers.

I gets there and all she was given was a car fax on the vehicle, i then go and look for her sales person because i have to leave and pick up my daughter from day care. I was stopped by a man name hugo, i explained she been here for nearly three hours now, and have no papper work on the vehicle including the price features or anything for that matter. And I'm will be having to leave soon, He stated in front of everyone u and her can leave, this is Honda! The car will sell. I said i'm aware of that, toyota, infiniti sales also what s your point? U don't have to cosign he stated, she has bad credit anyway.

I Said i ask for paper on the vehicle why are u speaking of her credit. He then shove me a purchase order they wrote up. I ask do you speak to all your customers like that he said no, i said whats your name he says hugo i said hugo what (no response) he then goes on to say i don't have to sell you the car, u can leave. I was so hurt and embarrassed to the point where i didn't sign, I made her call someone else to sign and advised her not to buy a car from here.

I was humiliated and treated unfair, i was unable to sleep trying to fiqure out was this because i'm african american he treated me this way. I am unable to forget about this i am having chest pains just thinking how i was treated and how many other people have to go through this humiliation if not discrimination.

I'm wondering if i was caucasian would his response or service have been different.

I ask another sales person his full name and he ask do i have a problem? I said he just humiliated me in front everyone and he stated he would speak to him, sometimes people have a long or bad day but his name is Hugo Guevara, and i do apolgize for him and i will speak to him, not one time did i see him say anything to him nor did he ask would a apology be acceptable.

I was treated unfair, and its wrong.
