I called the buisness regarding a rapid refund. I spoke with Galina the receptionist about the process, told her i was to recieve 650 dollars roughly. She told me it would cost between 150 and 200 dollars. I went to the office and went through the process and half way through i was told i wasnt eligible to recive the same day check because my refund wasnt high enough. Galina mentioned nothing about thisin our earlier conversation. Near the end of the process they tried to get me to sign a loan application. At no point in my conversation did any one mention a loan application. I was told if there was something that i didnt agree with i could leave without any fees by Galina the receptionist whos doesnt really even speak english. Why would you have somone answering the phones and answering peoples questions when they dont have a graspof the english language.
