Received a letter from "United Online Collections Division" for nonpayment of a past due $14.95 bill from "Juno" internet provider. Since I never had a Juno anything I was annoyed and called the 800 number to see what this was about. The 800 number was a answering machine only basically stating to pay the money. I fished on line and found a number for Juno (888*881*5866). Called and talked to a unknown asian female who after several minutes stated she would close my (bogus) acct and even provided me a Ref#. All was well, I thought, untill I rec'd another notice for collection a month later. Called again, rec'd same run around. Would not provide any info and repeated request to sent them a letter.
