They said i had to insure the sum of $455,000. That they claim i won

I was contacted by phone on 02-02-09 by a person who said was from the Federal Trade Commission, he did leave me his number. He said that I had won a sweepstakes for $455,000.00 and it would have expired had I not been found to claim it by 02-04-09. He instructed me to call a Bonded Trust Attorneys Office furnishing me with that phone number as well as the same of the attorney I was to speak to. When I did speak to the attorney in question, this person said that I would need to insure my winnings at 1% of the amount; about 4,550.00. I told him I didn't have that kind of money and he said that the FTC would in these cases put out half of the amount to facilitate obtaining my prize. That's where I stopped because I don't know what else to do.

It seems to me that if I in effect have won, then they shouldn't make it so complicated to receive the prize.

Please comment on this. It's very frustrating that this is happening to me.
