Two Part Investments sold we a 3.88 cd and signed me up for a monthly charge

When I talked with the Two Part Investment sales man he explained they were a division of Google and were offering me a chance to be part of the team. He wanted to sign me up on the spot, but I explained to him I never signed up for anythig over the phone and that I wanted more information He said he had a video that would give me a detailed explanation, but that it would cost me 3.88 and he could charge that to my credit card.

What is 3.88? I could afford that just to see how the program worked so I agreed. However, it took almost three weeks for the CD to arrive.in the meantime I discovered the 72.21 monthly charge. When I called to complain about the charge I was told, too late you only have seven days to cancel. Of course I asked how was I supposed to cancel a charge I knew nothing about. I was told I must have known about the charge because all of their sales people are instructed to explain the monthly charge. When I wanted to speak to a supervisor I learned they had none, the number, on my CC report was not to Two Part they were just an answering service. When I asked for the number to Two Part Investment I was told they were unable to give me that information So I told the young lady this wasn't over and said Good-bye.
