Are scammers and dishonest after refusing to talk and work with clients. I say class action lawsuit

At first I thought it was just me, but after reading other stories on here I am shocked to find out that I'm not alone on this. After trying to work with Aurora loans to lessen my house payment do to change in job status, we were still foreclosed on. My husband and I made several attempts to cotact them and tell them our situation but didn't get anywhere.

Aurora loans sent us a packet to redo our loan so it was more affordable according to our income. And after a couple of months of filling out paper work and mailing them everything they wanted our house ended up in foreclosure. We stupidly refinanced with them because they had us thinking our house payment would be cheaper if we did a debt consolidation. They knew at that time we couldn't afford the high payment just by what we told them and looking at our paystubs, but assured us this was the best way to go.

We bought our house for 209,000 and consolidated another 25,000 with aurora. We lost it and they put it on the market for 104,000 and sold it within just a few hours. I'm sick to my stomach that they are getting away with this. I know there is no way to contact people on here. But I wish there was a way. I am a member on facebook through Ladywood High class of 91. Someone please help. I am basical homeless living in my mom's basement now for a year with 3 kids.
