Deceptive Practices

Amethyst Counseling Services ripped me off, lied and cheated me out of my money and 54 days of my freedom. This company will do anything to steal your money. I had completed a program at Amethyst. I paid for all of my sessions but one because I lost my job. Tim A Rice, the program director and I had a verbal agreement: If I returned and paid the NSF check within 30 days, I would get my exit conference.

I returned 21 days later with cash in hand and he would not accept it. Tim A Rice is a liar, a cheat and a thief. Amethyst Counseling Services is a rip off program. Do Not Go There. I intend to file a lawsuit against Amethyst and report their cheating, thieving practices to every agency they do business with. If this company ripped you off, contact Mike at, report it to the BBB, the MN Attorney General's office, and your local State Representatives. This company needs to pay for their deceptive practices.
