Is dishonest and rips cutomers off

Taylor Bean & Whitaker is dishonest with their customers. I paid a house payment on their pay by phone system and they said two numbers were missing from the account number and when they played the call back the call went silent for a few seconds. Also, I was laid off for two weeks and got behind two payments.

I call to ask for help and they told me in order for them to help me I had to pay the two payments. I borrowed the money from my daughter and her husband to make the payments (I have to pay it back within 90 days). They cannot afford it either. After paying the two payments I called to get their help and they informed me they could not help me because I was current on my payments now my hours have been cut to 32 hours/4 day work weeks I am behind again.

They lied to get what they wanted and now they do not want to help they just want to send me letters to say I am behind and they will foreclose on my house. Taylor Bean rips people off and something needs to be done about it. Do not do business with them.
