Fraud in using credit card without user knowledge Connecticut

I have sent many e-mails to this company that continues to charge my credit card for $39.95 each month. I have sent many e-mails and this company continues to try and add charges even after many contacts to stop. I never gave them permission and they state that they have my IP address and that gives them permission because I did enter there sight one time before. I aslo said that I could also get there IP address as well, but would never try to steal money from there account. The woman I spoke to placed me on hold and never came back on line. I threatened to call the attorney generals office and still this charge continues to show up on my credit card. Lucky that I have less than they want each time.
