Poor Service

I ordered chicken nuggets and fries. Waited for 2-3 minutes at the counter and decided to sit down and wait. Well, the wait was another 7 minutes. I go impatient, went to the counter and asked for my money back. The cashier asked the manager to give my refund. It took the manager 4-5 minutes to come. Finally she made it to the front, didn't care to know what the problem was, never apologised and almost threw my money to the floor. Burger King can do better!
