I saw an ad by "Billy" about a product that would cover scratches on cars, it was advertised for 9.95 with a "free Vacuum" plus shipping and handling. I placed the order assuming it woud be about or at that cost but they charged me for the vacuum, I really did not want, and the bill was almost $40.00 and no way online or on the phone to cancel this order All I wanted was the scratch remover for 9.95
