I can not actually remeber when this all started, but they called me wial at work. I was in a hurry to clock in when I got a call from a man named Dwayn who was really nice and told me that I had won a thousand dollor gift ciertifacate for an online shopping spree to a spicific website that had a lot of great things and as I was talking to him he explained to me that this was his first week on the job and that he was a littel nerverous haveing to call a lot of people that he doesn't even know.

Then when he told to put in a good word for him and that he was going to let me talk with his manager in like two seconds his manager was on the phone (I think his name was chris) and he asked me how the other guy did and if he was nice I told him yes thank you. After talking to him he put me through this animated thing were I had to answer questions. I tried to explain that I didnt have time I was getting ready to clock in for work. So he told me that it would only take thirty seconds.

So he started with the animated serve so I thought when I would answer for myself on of the questions he would correct me and tell me what to say, he wouldnt let me speake for myself. He was sounding irritated with me after the serve he asked me to do him a favour I said whats that he said "Have a nice day" I told him I would and for him to do the same.

Later I got some mail with a wierd papper on it until I opened it and relized that it was the gife certifacate I looked at it and knew I wouldnt be interested in anything they had to offer so I tosed it to the side.

Later in January I got a Past Due Notice from Blue Whale Publications stating that I am past my bill date which is the 12th of every month which they failed to inform me the bill stated I owe $49.90 and when I called they said I owe $59.90. I was talking to a man named Chris about it and he was very rude to me and would pause everytime he would say one word and it sound like someone was telling him what to say. I told him the money would be in on a thursday before five o'clock but I never put it in.

I got with my mom with this issue cause she had delt with it before and knew what to do she told me to call and tell them I wanted to cancel everything and they were rude they told me if I wanted to cancel why did I sing up in the first place if I was just going to cancel. I told them that I never did sign up that you called me and go me all confussed with everything that was being said. I told them to cancel cause I am not paying for it cause I dont want it.

So they tried to make up an express payment pland for me to pay $150.00 a month for three months so that it could be paid off in full. I told them no I dont have that kind of money and I just wanted it all canceled. They refussed to coroporate with me and therefore my mom got on the phone with them and was trying to explain to them but they were very rude to her demanding to speak with me and telling my mom that I am 20ys old I dont need my mother speaking for me that I am an adult now. So my mom told them that if they didnt cancel everything that the company would be talk to my lawyer.

Didnt hear anything from them for a wial until a lady from Blue Whale., called Jen called me and asked me to call back. Then they called my mom and she talked to her and said that she wants to talk to me because I havent paid my bill my mom tried to explain that I have been wanting to cancel and they refused to do so and that I have been calling around to every magazine I have recived and canceling.

Well after that she called my phone again about nine pm with a message on my phone saying that they need to talk to me and that everything was fine until my mother was spoken to and they would like to clear up the misunderstandment on the case. I have failed to get back intouch with them and dont plan on doing so anytime soon.
I have gotten intouch with the BBB and my next step is every news papper I can get in touch with.
