Kept call me at home and at work telling me I needed to call them or my attorney

I have been getting calls from this place stating that they have a very serious matter to discuss with me. They have even called my new job number and I do not even know how they got it. Was left a message stating that I need to call before the day was over or they would turn it the authority. I did call and told them that I knew it was a scam and was told to hold until they found out who was in charge of my case. I was on hold for more than 20 minutes and no one ever came back that is when they called my daughter and my neice and told them that they would be resposnible for whatever I did. I have called my local police and was told by them not to answer these or any other calls from this area code.

I got scammed last year 3 time and this year I refuse to give in. Of this was a true collector they would have sent me a letter of some form. I just want to see some justice done these kind of people know that we are struggling and they try to get money from us. After he leaves me a message (with his broken english because they are not even americans) he tells me good luck and I hope I know what I am doing.

BY the way the first person that left me a message his name was Mark and the second one was Shaun. I have also filed a report with the State Attorney in Florida.
