Trey Wilson With Law Firm For called said i would go to jail if i did not pay

Eceived a vm on 8-14-08 from a man named trey wilson with a law firm for us national bank. He said the minute i get this message me or my attorny call him back at 818-581-3801 and repeated the number again. He said do not disregard the message said if i do then all he could do is wish me good luck as my situation unfolds on me goodbye and good luck.

A few minutes later he called again and i answered the cell he said he was calling for us national bank for a payday loan i had took out with them and did not pay back. I told him that i had never heard of us national bank. He said by 11:00 on friday they would be there to arrest me for 3 counts and them of. I could barely understand him he did not speak very good english at all i had to keep asking him to repeat himself. Everyone i spoke to had a very thick foreign accent. He tells me my full ss#, my address, my contact information and the name of my bank. He says he is going to put me through to his restitution officer he almost sounded like the first one i talked to. He talked so fast i did not get his name. He said if i would send him 500 dollars he would put it on hold for me. I told him i did not have that kind of money that i could get 100 dollars. He said no that would not work it had to be 500 dollars. He said i will give you a half hour to come up with it he said to get it anyway i could.

At this point he is being very rude to me telling me if i could not get it i would go to jail the next morning. He had me scared to death at this point i could not go to jail i have two small children. So he calls me back awhile later i told him i did not get the money he said i would hear form the police the next morning.

Well the next day he calls me again and says he will give me until 4:30 on friday. I told him if i could get it were would i send it to. He said i am going to give you a fax # 714-710-4103 i want you to send a letter of apilogy and to reasons why you quit paying this and to be sure i sign my name to the bottom of the page. I called information on my cell the # came back to a home phone in ca. Not the company he said he worked for i was not going to send him that letter at this point.

I find this site and all of the other people they are doing this to they need stopped. On 8-18-08 i called the # back and the man that answered the phone i asked him the date the loan was taking out on he tells me he cannot find my name or # it had already been downloaded to be chatged.

So on 8-19-08 i get a phone call from 213-415-1008 and he wants to know why i have not called them back. He said he was trey wilson that he was going to put me through to his investagator. He sounded alot like trey wilson i asked him if he would fax me some kind of form stating that this is true. He tells me no i have to send the letter and the money first and then he would put all of the documents in the mail.

I knew right then it was a scam i also asked him the date the loan was took out he said it was not listed on the affidavit. If this was real the date would have been on their. They are using different phone # to call people whatever you do think twice about giving them anything. Once you do that is it. If they have called you file a report with ftc, bbb, your local law don't let them get away with this anymore than they have.
