The worst service

This is the 2nd time I have been in there to order some soup it took 15 minutes for someone to even talk to me and then they acted like it was a bother for them to wait on me. Today I waited 10 minutes with one waitress staring me down like how dare I even bother her I then order some soup which was not even half full. I think it is dirty in there and the waitresses could not be bothered to help you. Something needs to be done about the service it is the worst.
