Company will not honor contract

In March I bought a house guarantee to protect my heat within the telephone. The organization charged my charge card instantly and that I obtained a deal within the email but it'd no contrat quantity onto it. The man about the telephone mentioned the agreement might begin thirty days later. The termination day was shown as 11/27.

Last Thursday each of my circulators on my furnace stopped functioning. It had been 4 levels out and that I had no-heat. I created many telephone calls and delivered emails via their site and through my own personal mail. No body called me all weekend. Lastly on Wednesday a fix person named me. He was dispached earlier that evening. He arrived on Friday morning and looked over my program and submitted a study for repairs. He simply named me on Friday evening to inform me the organization won't protect any repairs. Wtf. Fortunately I poked and prodded till I acquired the push operating again or I'd have experienced no-heat all week. I'm disgusted with this particular organization. The folks about the telephone were rude and did not realize that I'd no-heat all weekend. I'd like my money-back or I'd like them to repair my warmth. I'll never make use of this organization again. Please beware. They'll guarantee you something and never provide. Beware!
