No Respect for Military - XBox

Last November, I ordered an XBox for my son who is stationed in Japan. I was told it would arrive Dec. 21. My son was deployed to Iraq on New Year's Day. He said his mail would be locked up by the base post office so even though the XBox hadn't arrived yet, he felt certain it would be there when he returned from Iraq. He returned in May and the XBox was not at the post office. He called me to investigate what had happened. I was told the 90-days were up from when you are permitted to report a missing item. I was told to contact my credit card company for a refund. I was given the money back from VISA and was told that Walmart may refuse the chargeback. They did refuse it, and consequently, I ended up being charged almost $400 for nothing. So just a heads up, don't order on-line from Walmart if your son/daughter is being deployed, you could end up with just aggravation. Walmart is definitely not Military supporters.
