I agree. They never sent a statement in the first place. Tried to get a loan modification but they gave me the runaround. I found out my income was overstated to get me the loan with them in the first place. Now I'm going to lose my house because of their underhandedness. They are snakes and should be put out of business! My kids are about to be on the street.
