We were not aware of what happened with our modification loan and there doing it again

We had a modification loan done on our house a year ago, and never even had a good faith estimate statement sent to us or a truth and lending statement either. What are we paying on how much is my house??? Nothing was ever notorized by us or sent off to them. I still honestly dont know what we are paying. My husband and I also had to pay to get our mortage caught up about 2000.00 and are still paying about $350.00 more a month now too. We were never totally explained to of why we have a so called arm loan that is a BALLOON, which we now know. We have been paying over now for over a year and our payments still have not come down. We called to get our intrest rate lowered from 10.5 percent and they said they would try to help us.in doing another modification loan, and to send them some more information. After sending them our informaion in late September for this "modification" we still have not heard anything. We pay them something every month to not get totally behind and were sent a letter saying our house, was going into foreclousere. We called and they said it was a mistake to disreguard.in april we called around 7pm to speak to some one about all the problems that we were having, we were hung up on 3 times and the lady from overseas said we could not speak to a supervisor.
This is not even the begining. When we first got appoved for our house, our sales man who is no longer employed gave us a intrest rate of 7.25 percent. It was never final but he swore this was our rate. We gave notice to whom we were curently renting our house, for our move in date. Calling and calling we wanted to know our intrest rate. Hours before we were due to close with our 3 little girls and no place to like waiting on what to do, we were told our rate was 10.5 percent. What were we to do, we got trapped. There is so much more, we are looking at filing a class action law suit against them.
