46" TV sent to wrong address - Brian swears it wasn't him

Brian sold me a 46" flat screen to be shipped to our company address in Georgia. He read the address back to me on the phone. Our shipping address is different from our billing address, which collects mail at Earth Class in Washington state. Oh my gosh the idiot sent to TV all the way to Washington to the ECM address, then later denied it. His manager defended his actions as being against company policy to ship to an address different from the billing, so therefore it didn't happen. They wouldn't refund the extra money it took to ship it all the way back to Georgia.

Not to mention, he promised me the lowest price and it turned out to be the regular, even more after shipping debacle.

ProjectorExpo - a bunch of cheating New Yorkers ready to screw you then insult you while doing such. You can't even find address info on their web site now. Even if Brian caught some heat, he change his name to Lenny or Squiggy I guess.
