Employees mistreated

In Dec the store manager of O'Reilly's Auto Parts in Murray, KY divulged the personal information, phone number, name, and address, of a roommate of one of his employees to a crazy woman who claimed to have an internet relationship with the employee. The store manager, Alan Davis, then proceeded to share emails from this crazy woman with the entire store thus making it impossible for the employee to continue working there due to the stress.

The personnel department at O'Reilly's said they would investigate the situation and find the employee a job at another store. Of course, this never happened. They claimed there were no positions in N. West TN or S. West KY. And the store manager is still working in Murray, KY with no disciplinary action taken. He has managed to fire anyone who questioned his actions.

O'Reilly's Auto Parts does not care one bit about the privacy of their employees or emergency contacts and supports management who mistreats the employees. This same manager had been charged with assaulting a male employee at the same store and due to his height (well over 6 ft) tries to intimidate all male employees with his knowledge of marshal arts.
