Improper packing/lack of customer service

Listed here is my encounter together - I'll never purchase from Sam Ash again because of their terrible packaging and customer support. I obtained 6 purchases to date which were not full of any defensive supplies or it had been simply established on the top and also the gear was killed at the end of the container. Some products were allegedly fresh and have been previously exposed/employed/scratched/w-inventory? Normally the gear was damaged/ruined because of poor packaging. Approached them numerous occasions - initially spoke towards the delivery supervisor and was guaranteed that my purchases could be appropriately loaded. Got last bundle with crushed application containers and damaged disks. Remaining communications, emails. No reaction back, I've delivered products again and again again and after my last order of emails, simply got a reaction in the Leader of Sam Ash. No apology or any quality towards the issues. May store at G.C. Or every other store/on line mail-order but NEVER AGAIN AT SAM ASH!!!
