These guys will tell you verbally everything they will do for you when you commission them to do a job as inclusive of the price. When you come pick up your vehicle, you find they itemized everything like some options list on a new car, and the estimate has gone up as much as 33%. They will hold your car for a very long period of time and it will seem like they have replaced some of your parts with parts from other vehicles. Not only that, they forego the use of gaskets for oil pans, thermostats, etc., with resultant leaks. This is one good place to stay away from. They seem to be connected, so no matter how many times complaints are filed with the NM AG's office, Division of Consumer Protection, since these folks "sanitize" the list of complaints to only the last few years, it doesn't seem like they have that many complaints. Go to good mechanics approved by AAA of New Mexico and stay away from these thugs.
